Terms of use

Pre-launch draft. These terms require owner review before production review collection opens.

These terms govern use of GP Trusted Tools. Please read them before submitting a review once submission becomes available.

Using this site

Catalogue information and reviews are provided for general information. Reviews represent their authors’ personal opinions and are not recommendations by GP Trusted Tools. Users remain responsible for their own procurement, information-governance and clinical-safety decisions.

Product claims and independence

Inclusion does not represent NHS approval or endorsement, accreditation, clinical validation, integration or procurement status. GP Trusted Tools is independent and is not affiliated with the NHS or suppliers listed in the catalogue.

Submitting reviews

Reviewers must describe their own genuine experience, provide accurate practice context, avoid confidential or patient-identifiable information, and comply with the moderation policy. A valid private contact address may be required; a separate public display name or pseudonym may be used.

Your content

Reviewers retain ownership of their writing and grant GP Trusted Tools a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, moderate and publish approved submissions on the site.

Moderation and removal

Content may be withheld, edited with appropriate care, or removed when it breaches these terms or the moderation policy. Legitimate criticism will not be removed merely because it is negative.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided without a guarantee of completeness or suitability. To the extent permitted by law, GP Trusted Tools is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on catalogue information or reviews.
