Our approach
GP Trusted Tools welcomes honest, first-hand opinions while keeping the site fair, lawful and useful. No new review is published automatically. Each submission is checked before it appears.
What we ask of reviewers
- Write about your own genuine experience of the tool.
- Be specific and fair about what worked and what did not.
- Provide accurate practice context so readers can judge relevance.
- Declare relevant supplier or commercial relationships.
What is not allowed
- Patient-identifiable, confidential or private information
- Reviews that are not based on genuine first-hand use
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or potentially defamatory content
- Unsupported allegations about identifiable people
- Vendor-authored or incentivised reviews presented as independent experience
- Marketing, spam or off-topic submissions
Moderation decisions
A submission may be approved, rejected or held for further information. Moderation should preserve the reviewer’s meaning and must not remove legitimate criticism merely because it is negative. Reviews will not be materially rewritten without the reviewer’s explicit instruction.
Reporting a review
Concerns about authenticity, fairness, privacy or legality can be sent to gptools@cambridgemedicalpartners.com. Valid reports will be assessed and content that breaches this policy may be removed.
Suppliers
Supplier responses or other supplier-authored material must be clearly labelled. Suppliers cannot edit, hide or buy the removal of legitimate independent reviews.
