Our commitment
Cambridge Medical Partners wants GP Trusted Tools to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification or alternative input methods.
How the site is designed
The site uses semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible labels, clear focus order, responsive layouts and text alternatives where images carry meaning. It is designed to support browser zoom and different screen sizes.
Using the site
You should be able to navigate the main content and forms using a keyboard, increase text size using browser controls, zoom without losing essential content, and use current screen-reader software with labelled headings and form fields. Error messages should identify what needs attention without relying on colour alone.
Known limitations
The site is still in development and has not yet completed its formal accessibility audit. The interactive comparison tool, practice finder, review submission flow and moderation interface require structured keyboard and assistive-technology testing. Any confirmed limitations and planned fixes will be listed here before launch.

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used and a description of the problem. Do not include patient or other confidential information. We will investigate and respond as reasonably practicable.

This statement describes the current design intent and is not a claim of formal conformance. It will be updated with the assessment method, test date, known issues and remediation status before production launch.
